Safe & Sober - Speed enforcement July 2006

Richfield, Minneapolis, Bloomington, Edina and Airport police stopped 62 cars going over 15 miles per hour over the limit. One vehicle was doing 90.

Richfield 4th of July .Tom has been involved in every parade. This is number 27.

Tom has been a long time instructor of the Richfield Citizen's Police Academy. He instructs patrol procedures and outlines the structure of the patrol division. He also has spoke to many other groups about how police departments actually operate.
